I would recommend this company to anyone, I answered a lead and had a phone interview, spoke with the hiring manager, went on site to meet the opso, all parties agreed I was the right fit. Got a offer letter filled out all the necessary paperwork, submitted my resignation letter and in the last minute called me to inform the customer was cancelling the position. I had to go back and ask to resend my resignation and hope my old company would take me back, they had already started advertising my position on job sites, NCI did nothing to find another position, they just told me to keep an ear to the
