Iāve been coming to this vet for over 7 years now. Everyone is so friendly but lately itās been taking longer and longer once in store, to get my visits handled. Iāve currently been sitting for almost an hour for my two cats visits and Iāve gotten one cat weighed. Thatās it. Almost an hourā¦ā¦I get covid has slowed things down, but please communicate to your clients instead of leaving them to sit in hot rooms for almost an hour waiting.

DO NOT USE THIS VET. Use google and search for others in the area. The staff and manager are extremely unprofessional. If they can treat a customer with profanity because they are frustrated then I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors with our beloved pets.
I didnāt feel comfortable providing my credit card payment over the phone which set off the front girl. When she came outside She didnāt greet me with a hello or any form of communication other than grabbing my credit card. When she turned, she again didnāt say a word and had a dirty look on her face. My multiple experiences with Turkeyfoot Family Pet Center has been exactly what I have been looking for in a Veterinarian Office.
They take care of me and my pets like we are a part of their family . They listen to my concerns and take the time to explain the situation in a manner I can understand. They make me feel like I am a part of the process.
I am talking about EVERYONE in the office not just the Veterinarians. The staff has also been very kind and understanding and helpful. I highly recommend them to all pet owners.

Took both dogs to daycare today- their 1st time ever!. The young lady that handled my boys was wonderful! I called to check on them, the staff called me with updates. COVID has me working from home & my dogs needed socialization with other dogs, not just me! They must have had a wonderful time - they have been snoring since we got home!
