Awful awful place!! My husbands car was towed there because the airbag was deployed and the police/tow company insisted when he was in an accident, which was on Friday so they were closed Saturday and Sunday. I called on Monday and all the guy was concerned about was insurance, when I asked him about how much it would be to get it fixed he said he has to wait till the North Andover location answered him back to see when they could look at it. I told him we would be getting it fixed through them so you let me know ASAP. So while we waited for a call the truck was sitting there while we were still

By far the best auto shop I have ever used and I have been to a few. 😊 I had issues with my car that not even Ford could figure out.... But the guys at Elm Street sure did. I will never go anywhere else! Thanks boys!

This is the worst towing truck place I had ever and will ever use in my life. I lack vocabulary to express the shocking exploitative experience the manager gave me and his poor customer services. I will not recommend this place for any person at all. You can only use this place when you are left with no other alternative and you are desperately in need to come out of a dangerous place. Their customer’s relation is 0%, customer’s exploitation = 100%. Bad product to recommend for anybody.

They charge outrageous amounts of money for tows that the fees for them are regulated. Everything was double than it should. When the manager was asked why his answer was:"because I can". MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECIPT WHEN YOU GET IT.
Also dosent let people pay with a card, its "cash only" he said, "don't want the government here".
Cant make this stuff up. How these people are still in business?

I can't say enough great things about Elm Street Auto!
My car broke down in Cambridge and I live in Andover. I gave Ronnie a call and he had the tow truck there in 40 minutes. He has done ball joints, all four tires and my inspection in the past 2 months. Always great service and he takes the time to go over everything so we make the decision together. Right now my car is in for the AC which isn't blowing cold air and I know Ronnie will handle everything perfectly! Don't forget to say hi to Spike, the little daschund with a huge personality!

Great service and reliability. Always there when you need them and always fair and reasonable pricing. One of the best auto repair shops around. Where you get the service you expect without have to wonder if there trying to cut corners or do the easiest fix. It is done right the first time. At prices anyone can afford.
