I've been going to this office for a few years. I've always had a great experience. They ask me how my family is doing and how my employment is going. I've never had an issue with the dental care they provide. Just had a filling done yesterday and they gave great customer service and competently performed their tasks. They even let me stay to do imprints for a night guard instead of needing to return for a future appointment. No problems with their office at all.

Had a great experience at this dental office! I am new to the area and wasn't looking forward to going, but once I was in the chair the Hygienist, Jen, did a fantastic job at making sure I was comfortable and explaining everything. The cleaning process was not painful and not at all as stressful as I had anticipated. Dr. Kerst was very personable and even commented on the good work my previous dentist had done. I will definitely go back. I have found my new Dentist!

What a wonderful dental office. My hubby and I both had an emergency with tooth Monday morn called they got us in that day. Both hygienists were excellent, funny, and knowledgeable. We actually had a good time!! If that is possible at the dentist. Our doc was kind, and helped us immensely. Have us the info we needed and fixed our tooth problem.

Dr. Kerst and the whole crew that works here are all phenomenal. As someone with pretty bad dental anxiety, I can assure you that when you have work done here they put you at complete ease. Very trustworthy and great at fixing neglected teeth! Highly recommend, especially if you have any anxiety about dentists. Also, they are very fair and honest about pricing and procedures.

I don't take writing a bad review lightly, but this place deserves it - 1 star is generous, and I'm going to leave this review everywhere I can. After going my ENTIRE life (30 years at the time) without a cavity, I showed up after a couple years of not seeing a dentist (typical for me), they claimed I had FOURTEEN cavities. I was in disbelief, so… I had my x-rays sent to a different dentist, who said he'd only consider filling 4 of the 14, but even those weren't terrible. I thought: aggressive versus non-aggressive approaches, fine. I returned to Latah to have the four cavities filled, but
