Services
Here's the truth: most funeral homes consider their primary function to be handling remains. Instead, we think of our job as having two parts: physical and emotional. The physical is burials, entombments and inurnments. The emotional is working with families to design healing experiences. Our peaceful and intimate setting becomes a place where people find closure, renewal and togetherness.
With our online grief support you're assured of our commitment to helping you through this difficult time. It doesn't matter what time of day, or what day of the week you need support, we're here for you. You can access online counseling services, join in group grief support, or watch our interactive videos, anytime: 24/7.
Pre-planning is determining the details of your funeral and cemetery services in advance. To some, this may sound like a difficult conversation. But putting a plan in place is actually a smart and caring thing to do. With a plan, you'll reduce stress for grieving loved ones-and simply let them honor and celebrate your life, knowing things are happening just as you wanted.
Figuring out all the answers when you're trying to plan a service can feel daunting, but it doesn't have to be. We've created these resource guides as helpful tools to walk you through every step of the process. In seven steps, learn just how to express a loved one's story in a way all will appreciate.

For starters, wanted to cancel only the memorial services before giving all the money for it and they refused to refund. Called everyday for almost 2 weeks AFTER memorial for ashes only to be constantly told "their not ready"...only to find out that they had been there. Misspelled his name was another reason for delay that the ashes were not ready. Desperately needing the death certificate and was told by this funeral home that it was a back up and would take close to 6 weeks to obtain. Took a trip to Vital Statistics only to be told it would be maybe two weeks. REFUSED TO ALLOW ANY FAMILY TO EVEN

I would like to Thank Gregory B Levett & Son And Donna Hill for making sure that our love one cremation and Her Euology was done very professional. Donna was amazing in answer all our question and she made sure that everything was perfect. Everything was beautifully done. Thank you again..Wilkerson family of the late Jessie Robinson

DISAPPOINTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Run away, don't use these people. I would highly encourage you to look for another funeral home to send your loved one home. This place is in the stone age, with no sense of technology. No sense of professionalism. No respect of the loved ones' wishes. Signing a contract and arranging the specifics means nothing to these people.

Unprofessional, dismissive, careless, and ultimately disappointing. Any dissatisfied clients of theirs should report them to the Georgia Funeral Directors Association ...My Dad was a veteran and served his country--this funeral home did a horrible job honoring his sacrifice. They mislabeled his name in their live stream even though they had all the information needed from the obituary sent to them prior, they broke my thumb drive the day of the funeral so my slideshow couldn't be played (apparently they didn't know how to use a thumb drive and broke it to "make it smaller so it could fit"???),

This was the most diffuclt SUDDENLY I had to deal with and Jacinda Brown of Gregory B Levett made the transition of my son easy and comfortable. We had so many questions and concerns but Mrs. Brown was never tired of (at least she didn't show it) my sister and I saying, "OK ONE MORE THING". They offer a plethera of packages to include things I would never have thought of: Doves, framed photos, garment bag for your loved ones clothing and a gift box for the memories captured on DVD and Flashdrive.

Each person we spoke to or met with at Gregory B. Levett & Sons Funeral Homes cared for me and my family as if they were caring for their own loved one. I appreciate their respectfulness and helpful responses to questions we had. From the first conversation on the phone, to the follow-up after the funeral, the service we received from Gregory B Levett & Sons was exceptional. I highly recommend them.

Should be Zero.
This was a terrible experience for my family!! They are very unprofessional and uncaring in your time of need. It took 3 weeks for them to cremate my sister. They were having a issue but NEVER contacted me to let me know. Once I found out by contacting them, It was resolved in less than an hour. THEY NEVER CALLED!! Just let my sisters body lay there for weeks!! Just kept saying will call you when she is ready. We had to have a funeral with no ashes. NO ONE seemed to care at all except for Karen! She offered to mail my nephews their urns since they took so long getting the ashes

I'd like to start off by saying that if we could have rated them with Zero Stars... we would have. Firstly, we requested a closed-casket service after the viewing. The day of the funeral, we got calls from numerous friends and family who informed us that the casket was wide open. They had to be asked multiple times to close it. Then, my granddaughter had spent weeks preparing a video slideshow to be played during the funeral service in the chapel and the attendant took her thumb drive and broke it to pieces during the process of "trying to make the drive fit into the computer properly." I would like to share a recent experience working with Cecile Rowe and Gregory B Levett & Sons team. This was my first time planning a funeral for my grandma. They made the experience as seamless as possible. I'm grateful for the service and care I received from them. I would highly recommend them to assist with a loved one. Thank you all so much

Should be a ZERO!!!
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE DECEASED COMBAT VETERAN'S LAST WISHES!!!
1. Firstly, on our way to the service, several friends and families called to inquire about whether or not we had a change of mind about a closed casket-- which was not the case. The casket should have been closed and locked the evening of the viewing when the last family member was about to leave.
2. The thumb drive that was used to save a video memoir for Robin was not shown because the director broke the thumb drive apart (down to it’s chip) in an effort to “make the thumb drive fit into the slot”
