Excellent mechanics and customer service. Needed last minute brake job before I took the family and camper up to Cherokee, NC. I called the guys at Hometown and told them my situation. I dropped the truck off and even though they were busy as can be they still worked me in and handled the brake job and tire rotation in just a few hours. Thank you Hometown!!

I wanted thank Brad and the family at hometown tire. they have took a bad flood at the business my car was 1 of them 5 that was totally lose and Brad called me inform me what has happened with in hours ins company call me and said I can a rental car till they get everything figured out.thr flood came from the marathon station with a crush pipe 2 weeks this flood. Thxs brad and company .hang in therr.

Beware of these crooks!. Broke both of my vehicles and after hundreds of dollars in towing fees and rental expenses both vehicles are still not drivable and after being promised reimbursement i was lied to. Not only that, parts were taken off my car and now i have to go to another shop to fix.AT MY Expense.

We went originally for a nail in our tire and have been going back to them for every vehicle service since! It's so difficult to find trustworthy mechanics that offer quality work, and they do. If you're on the fence about giving them a try, then jump off the fence and go! I can't recommend them enough!

Absolute crooks and a waste of time. I took my vehicle there on Monday for an inspection service and bleed of the brakes.
Not only did they take 3 Days to even look at my vehicle, they perform the work without a quote. Only worked on the rear brakes, and replace pads that didn't need to be replaced. That was after trying to talk me into replacing drums that didn't need to be replaced.
If you want to pay $400 for a 4-day brake job the right place for you, otherwise take your business to bulldog.

Recently relocated to Monroe, GA. Needed mystery electrical problem repair on my truck. Chose Hometown Tire based on Google reviews. Was not disappointed. Counter people professional and friendly. Assisted me in arranging required tow. Work performed specifically addressed problem. Did not try to "up sell"for additional services. Price for work was very reasonable. Hometown Tire and Automotive Pros now my repair shop of choice. Strongly recommend this repair shop to others.

We love giving this family business our business. Brad (the son) owns the place, Dad is there most days that I've been there, Momma (is a hoot- love her) does the accounting. They provide outstanding service at a fair price. Treat us like we're family, not just local customers. If there is anything wrong with our vehicles that they don't do at the shop, they're happy to refer us to people/companies that they know does great work at a fair price. We wouldn't buy tires, oil changes, brakes, clutches, etc. from anywhere else in Monroe...They our our Hometown choice, bar none

My car needed to be towed from out of town and Brad from Home Tire coordinated the towing himself. The good folks at Home Tire took care of my repairs faster than I could have expected given the difficult job, and they were extremely generous with their pricing.
