Ok as requested from the owner. We spoke once you told me to swing by and boom your closed You never pick up your phone after that. I stopped by agian your and your closed. The one time your garage is open no one there I literally walked around for a good 5 mins just checking out the shop. Left numerous messages. Cant be a customer if your not around buddy. Seems you only work for your friends. I heard good things but itll be a hard pass for me. Did I miss something?

Glad to have met a local shop with honest people. The Tow company dropped my car and I knew a little what the problem was. And had called other local shops to get an estimate. Pat and Joe from that point provided a reasonable estimate and good time it would be done. Also to my surprise they had old parts that failed in a bin to show when I picked up my SUV. Definitely recommend this business to anybody who needs repair. Thank you Joe and Pat will come back for more service.

I can’t say enough good things about this auto shop. They are honest and actually explain what is going on with your vehicle. It’s nice to be able to actually understand what the problem is instead of just, “your car needs this and this and this”. Plus they don’t try to upscale you on things you don’t actually need. Being that I’m not from the area, and a woman, who really doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciate not being taken advantage of.

I have been coming to this mechanic for the past 10 years. I have numerous cars that I have brought in for brakes, rotors, engine issues etc. These gentlemen have been nothing but HONEST and RELIABLE and GREAT PRICES. They take there time always do what needs to be done and nothing more. I have never meet more honest mechanics in my life. I can't say enough things. After using a mechanic in queens I have been ripped off numerous times. Even taking the car back to the dealership Which is over priced. But ever since I found this place I am forever grateful. It is always a scary experience when you are having your car worked on as the 2nd biggest purchase in your life you want to make sure it keeps on running for safety of your family and yourself. From the 1st phone call out to Dom's they were nothing short of courteous and genuine. I brought my car in the next day and they were able to get it back to me in same day. I came here based on the other reviews everyone seemed quite please. Joe and pat seemed very honest when answering my questions for my Hyundai. My check light engine came on and I was concerned , I was advised that a sensor light went on for transmission fluid and he right away turn off the check engine and if it comes back on again to bring it back so I can leave it for the day for further inspection I was out In 15 minutes. Recently bought a 1972 Triumph Tr6 off of ebay and brought it to Dom's Auto Repair for a thorough going over and inspection. Needless to say they were thorough, they found a few "minor" things that needed repair, i thought i'd be in for a major bill! They dont do any unwarranted work, and on a 42 year old car there are a lot of shops that would tell me i need a lot of "major" work done! I cannot recommend this place higher. i have a BMW, and I was reluctant to go anywhere but a specialist. But on the advice from a good friend, I went to see Pat after my car died. Even though he was busy, and even though he was going out of town the next day, he took my car in, diagnosed the issue as an electrical issue within a couple of hours - a notoriously difficult problem to diagnose and fix in these cars. Joe was incredibly helpful as well - told me the part cost $1200 from the factory, but though he could obtain the part for a better price in the morning. The next day - he did! And

I recently purchased a 1963 Pontiac and needed to have the inspection done after getting plates on it. I live in Westbury and was hoping to find a local auto repair shop that was familiar with older cars. My friend and I drove over to this shop that we had passed on many occasions with both of us living in the neighborhood.
