Response was "No im robbing the joint". Geico recommended this place which is mind blowing. Needless to say a very unprofessional experience save yourself the energy and go elsewhere. I mean it IS.. a gas station 🤣🤣

Kevin is honest about the issues with your car. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to identify the issue at hand. His prices are extremely fair and he finishes the work in a quick time. He is always able to fit you into his schedule as long as you give him a 1-2 day notice. Great mechanic and great work!

I brought my car to K’s for State Farm insurance registration. Made an appointment for the same day, received quality and quick service. Whole inspection was done while I waited in no time at all. I will be back for future service.

Been coming here for a few years now for inspection, oil change and any repairs my car needs. The owner Kevin is so friendly and they don't overcharge for their service. It's hard to find a honest mechanic. Will get the work done and if something takes longer he will let me know how long and what to expect which I appreciate the transparency. Definitely a place I keep going back to when needed.

Kevin is a great guy . Has a clean honest business where you can feel safe to bring your car anytime for service. Also he does a lot to support the community and the schools in they're sporting events. All around great place wouldn't bring my car any place else .

K' s is the standard bearer in auto repair. In the nearly ten year period since a friend told me about Kevin he has always sang his praises . Since that time there has never been any problem with any of my 3 cars that he couldnt fix and the new location, by his own testimony is far better , although I do miss the sandwhich sign outside the old Willis Ave. address! Anyone who meets Kevin will soon learn this is only place you will ever need to bring your cars.

I've been going to K's for about 10 years now. Not once have I had a bad experience bringing my car here. My dad now brings his car to K's as well. Kevin is extremely personable and genuine. The rates are comparable. I also love & respect that they give back to the community. Definitely bring your car to K's. You won't be disappointed.

I brought my car in and explained that the front driver side tire is losing air. I agreed to leave it for the tire repair. The owner calls me back a few hours later to pick up the car. He charged me to replace the valve on the tire as well as an unauthorized tire rotation. Extremely disappointed and find this behavior unethical. I will not be returning.

Got a flat tire and was worried I wouldn't make it home safely so I pulled into this repair shop and when I told them my problem they took my car in right away and proceeded to find the problem [ accident debris] and repaired it in no time. Dealt with Kevin who was a pleasant professional guy and was happy with how I was treated. Would without a doubt bring my business back here if need be.

I came in for a quick photo inspection for my insurance. Though I was only here for a few minutes I can genuinely tell this man is a kindhearted person who does his best to keep his customers and employees happy around him and even gives back to the community by supporting local baseball teams. Seems like a great guy to me!

Having someone who knows cars and knows how to fix them is great. Having someone who also cares about you and conducts himself with honor and integrity is the icing on the cake. When I pick up my car from K's I know that Kevin has checked everything and only repaired what is necessary.. I trust him and listen to his counsel and advice (almost) always. K’s Auto is by far one of the most honest places I’ve seen, particularly with Kevin who’s such a great guy. They did a free checkup with just an oil change for free. The second time I showed up he remembered my full name and I was shocked because the first visit was very brief. I’ve had random talks with Kevin because I like to visit that gas station as well and you can tell that he’s an honest man. HIGHLY RECOMMEND take my word for it.

Fantastic experience. Kevin the owner could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Quality service with a smile, real pride for having run a well respected business for 40 years as well as being a patriotic American. These establishments are few and far between, I am thrilled to have found my “go to” mechanic! Highly recommend.

Kevin is really nice and answers all my stupid questions lol he has a nice vibe and makes you feel comfortable with the service and explains exactly was going on. I came here to fix a few oxygen sensors and also was a clogged drain. He fixes things very quickly and seems to be more honest then most mechanics. And his dog is crazyyyyyy cute lol

This review is a long time coming. I came to K back in the summer of 2015 with faulty air conditioning in a car that was over 10 yrs old. I picked this repair service partly for proximity and partly based on the rave reviews I saw here. In hindsight, I wish I had just lived with open windows for the next couple months, as I got a new car in Oct.

The owner definitely condescends to female customers, with a lot of "yes, dear," type of language which I find mildly irritating, as well as little anecdotes that make him seem to want to come across as being honest.

Over the course of a week

Great find for me. Mechanics can be a hard breed to trust, but the smart ones know this and do everything they can to make it a priority to gain the trust of customers. K's has done everything and more to gain mine in short order.

Kevin is awesome, as are all the other folks I've dealt with in his shop. He's also efficient, fair and communicative. I've had everything from routine tune ups, oil changes to larger break jobs, etc. He makes all the minor inexpensive tweaks along the way and let's me know if he sees something more serious or costly.

Kevin is the best of the best! Honest and straight forward. He isn't the kind of guy that does the work for the money. It seems that he genuinely likes to help people. That is rare so if you have an issue with your car, I recommend going to his shop!!!
