The worst private health centre I have come across in 20 years in living in London. They have not proper receptions that open doors or anyone that answers calls. All staff need to chased by e-mail. To write a repeat prescription we have had to chase via e-mail (they have no phones!) endless only to be billed £50 each time. Aviod this place at all costs.

Very poor and indifferent service. My daughter was prescribed medication that made her feel poorly. Our GP recommended taking her to our local A & E for tests. We contacted Recognition health for advice only to be fobbed off by an indifferent secretary, who could not even be bothered to contact us properly and a careless practitioner. Unfortunately money is the single greatest motivation here and not the welfare of of their patients.
