Absolute worst experience ever. I had mine delivered, there was food missing, no soy and I requested extra, no utensils that were requested and white rice instead of fried rice I requested. I called the store to try and resolve issue and they said oh we sorry but no fixes, I asked for a manager who was so rude to me, he told me he didn’t care he didn’t fix my order and I can take it up with GrubHub, I did, they refunded me for wrong items but I wasn’t after my money just my food which I was willing to pick up on a later date. Never again, he said he don’t need my money so I can assure you

I ordered pepper steak with carrots instead of peppers. They charged me for the change and did not change it, nor was there a carrot on the plate. Furthermore, the person for whom I ordered is unable to eat peppers for the time being. When I asked to exchange it, they denied me and told me that I would have to pay for the new order. I understand that they are busy on a Friday evening. I understand that there are people trying to scam the system. I have the receipt. Still no help. So, my sister goes hungry until I can go to McDonald's and I have Chinese food that will go bad. I will not be back

We order from here alot My wife likes itBut tonight I felt extremely cheated Ever since this so-called pandemic began Restaurants all over have tried to make up losses by cheating customers i just paid 47.00 for dough sweet and sour pork all dough with an occasional sliver of pork fried wonton all the wrap no cheese and filling this is probably my last visit here cause I work hard for my money to give it to a business that does not appreciate or respect my business

Some of the best chinese food that I've ever had. The portions are huge!!! The food is fantastic and always made fresh right when you order. Cute little sitting order if you don't want take out.
