Fast, friendly, affordable. Ken came out on a Sunday after church and fixed our broken hose pipe for the amount he quoted over the phone and in the time frame he estimated. He upgraded our pipe to a better quality pipe, mount and spigot and didn't upcharge me. I gave him some mint from our garden. :)
