I live there a little over 6 months ago for almost 4 years. Up until the new manager started there everything was ok. I put my notice in 30 days in advance like I was told then when it was time for me to move out I was told I would have to pay over $2000 when moving out and I will not receive my deposit. They are deceitful and conniving managers at the reserve of Byram. Just glad I know longer have to deal with it.

If you are thinking about moving here DON’T! I have been waiting to get my kitchen light bulb replaced and shower head repaired for 3 weeks now. After several failed attempts, I was finally able to get in contact with someone in the office last week. Phyllis reassured me that someone would come out the same day to handle my requests; however, no one showed.

Very Very nice property but very horrible, dishonest employees. It was some things promised that were not honored when we moved out. We were charged a fee when we gave a proper 30 day notice. Not to mention we moved into the apartment we had to clean due to the roaches and damage from previous tenant. We kept our end of the bargain when we moved in but they didn’t keep their end when we moved out. Shouldn’t have employees saying one thing and then do another. That’s shows no accountability on their part. So I learned to get stuff in writing from this experience because management had no integrity

My experience here was great until I had to move where my job was. I moved into an apartment that was infested.They had this problem for awhile. That’s why the apartment could not be rented out. I, not the exterminator got rid of the infestation by doing what Billy the Exterminator said to do on his show. I even cleaned the apartment up when the problem was resolved. I had a surplus of money on my account that disappeared when Ms Mary came back and soon replaced all but one staff member in the office. You have to give a 30 days notice before you leave in writing. This area is pretty peaceful. The amenities are nice and the apartments are a pretty decent size, but every other month there’s an issue that takes forever to resolve. Our “new” stove randomly decided to stop working, AC has stopped working more than enough times to count, and this is the third or fourth time our water has been off due to a busted or frozen pipe (each time being weeks to fix). And it seems like every time there’s a drop of rain the power goes out. I know some things are out of managements’ control, but to go through all of this and have the rent keep increasing makes

The look of this property is excellent and very spacious in my 3 bedroom. However management and maintenence are very questionable. I ve been here 2 months and had to call this office far more than any other apartment I ever stayed in. The very first day it wasn't even properly ready to move in. It hadn't thoroughly been clean at all which I didnt mind most don't be. After about two calls I finally got bulbs put in. My biggest complaint has been this air. It is in the heart of the summer and it keeps going out. I was lied to the first time about it being fixed. A maintenence guy after 3 attempts

I lived at the Reserve for about 14 and I have nothing but good things to say. The grounds were always well-maintained, response to maintenance requests were timely, and the staff was helpful and available. My initial tour was with Roshanda and she was a delight. I used her as my point-of-contact for all of my apartment-related needs and her assistance was always professional and responsive. I highly recommend this complex. If you're planning a move, talk to Roshandra and she will take care of everything.

Our air unit goes out every other month, no one can tell us the problem or fix the issue. Every month we are charged a different price for rent. We have been without air for almost a year yet it costs thousand of dollars to end the lease. Staff member Rashonda has the nastiest attitude when it comes to customer service. This has definitely been a horrible experience for my family and I.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Reserve! I hate to leave! This is such a peaceful and quiet area! The office staff truly takes care of their residents! Work orders are taken care of promptly! Yesterday evening my air would no longer get cool, someone came to fix it about 45 minutes after I called. The only thing that annoyed me was the constant turning the water off to fix pipes and that extra sewage charge, but other than that The Reserve is awesome!
