I found my love for sports and exercise at a young age, participating in several organized sports including golf, basketball, volleyball, and track; including one year of collegiate track at the University of Wyoming. My experience in sports has given me a greater understanding of the importance of effective coaching, and structured exercise training.
I have a passion for sports performance training, as well as health and fitness in general. My goal is to tap into my athletic experience and knowledge of exercise science in order to help clients and athletes unlock their full potential. As a NASM-certified personal trainer for the past 3 years, I have grown to understand movement and strength as more of an art form rather than just a skill.
