My kids and grandkids were treated here since baby. But since they move to new location and doctors were change. Its stressful to even work with them. My child since 6 month been with this doctor severe asthmatic. I had to fight with them to send to pharmacy his medication after doing his physical 2 month before. Literary had to argue with receptionist. After that I walk in because me and my kids deserve better treatment that what they are given. I offer to pay but they said no I send to doctor for free. 25 days later she still have it next to her and not done and have the attitude to argue with

My boys and I have been part of Memphis Street pediatrics for 14 years. In those 14 years they have not only treated us very well but their doctor, Dr McDonald make us feel as if we are family. Dr McDonald not only takes care of my boys health but she is also part of our family village. As a mother of three boys I am able to talk to her not only in reference to my boys development and health but also I am able to ask her for resources that I may need to raise them appropriately as a single mother. I am able to call Dr McDonald using her own call hours no matter what time of day or night she will

I’ve switched over to this location about a year ago & i couldn’t have made a better choice. Office is always clean, the wait is almost never long. The staff is always welcoming & for me that’s SUPER important. You want to reassure your children are in the best care at all times especially with their health. If you guys want the most helpful, sweetest individuals, i recommend Luis, Elayna, & Sujeily. Always satisfied. Thank you Memphis Pediatrics for making this possible!

The referrals are never done one time. There is always an excuse why something isn't ready or an appointment isn't on time. The only doctor actually worth anything there is Doctor McDonald's but her schedule is so overwhelmed that you have to schedule two months in advance to get appointment with her. Save yourself the heartache can go somewhere else this place thoroughly ruined things for my daughter by not having her paperwork in time.

The wait is unbelievable. They definitely need more help. More doctors. Every time we go its at least a two hour wait to be seen. The staff is nice the doctor is great but that wait.... Getting someone on the phone is more than impossible but they do return the call if you leave a message. The cost for documents like shot records , physical forms, ect.. Is something I guess every office does. It takes about 3 to 5 days to get them. Finding a good pediatrician is hard so you have to go with the lesser of two evils. The wait or the doctor. Guess I'll be spending my day waiting.
