I had contacted Cindy Sayegh regarding a Revokable Living Trust.
Initially, she was very interested in helping me & my husband, but when I told her on my 3rd email that I had ARAG insurance, she turned cold and had all types of excuses NOT to help us with the Revokable Living Trust.
She claimed she was way too busy and referred me elsewhere. It was interesting how she was so willing to help but maybe she doesn't get reimbursed well from ARAG???? It was bad and I do NOT recommend her as she is NOT true to her words. I did not even pressure her on a deadline. Very disappointed at her disservice

I have used Cindi personally on three different cases in the last three years. No one wants to deal with this much death in their family, and her consideration and compassion through everything has been overwhelming. As a financial planner, I come into contact with many estate planning attorneys. We chose Cindy to do our personal estate planning based on her experience and how relatable she was with my wife and me. Typically my wife does not enjoy financial topics so I handle all the financial affairs however she really enjoyed meeting with Cindy and they got along very well. Cindy is an amazing estate attorney. She completed our estate plan in a timely and cost-effective manner. She is flexible with scheduling and helped us talk through a lot of issues (we have a special needs child). As she is similar in age to us, we like that we can stick with her for decades to come and have her update our plan on a regular basis.
