This is the worst law firm ever!!! Do not use them. My daughter and her boyfriend were in an accident last year they both chose to use Ruiz law firm. No communication at all. My daughter has to call the lawyers are never in and they barely return her calls. Her boyfriend has not heard from them in months. They completed their treatments in April and still nothing!!! It's almost November. When my daughter called to ask what's going on all she got was attitude and was told they're waiting for the best offer. I can't believe they are even operating at this point taking advantage
