First time we used a lawyer for an eviction case on our rental property, so we did not know what to expect. Once we agreed to his flat fee, the suit was filed the next business day. No guess work, no surprises, very straight forward. Evictions can go in many directions creating anxiety. Having a professional , responsive lawyer is a small price to pay for piece of mind.

I had a tenant in Broward county and tenant in Downtown Miami, and I needed to evict the Broward tenant, after they didn’t pay rent for 2 months. I also needed to evict the downtown miami tenant, because their lease expired and they refused to leave. I called this law firm and I spoke with Mr, Revah. Within 24 hours Mr. Revah files both evictions and we were successful in both cases. Mr. Revah’s law firm charge me a very reasonable fee for both cases. If I need to evict my tenants in the future, I would definitely use this law firm again.

I spoke to attorney Phil Revah for a free consultation regarding my landlord tenant issue. A family member had problem with a tenant that was illegally airbnb'ing their property which was bought after a foreclosure sale. Mr. Revah was very knowledgeable. We retained Mr. Revah's as our attorney after our consultation over the phone and within 4 weeks we were able to successfully remove the unwanted tenant and recover money. A week after that, the Sheriff showed up and we changed the locks. I recommend this law firm for any issues with tenants. If I could give this law firm 6 stars I would. Professional

I bought a property at a tax deed sale and the previous owner refused to leave the property. After I spoke to an attorney at this law firm, I was advised that what I needed to file was an “unlawer detainer action” and not an eviction because the former owner was not a “tenant.” So I hired these lawyers to file the case. We won the case very quickly and I got my property back.....we changed the locks 24 days after the lawyer filed the case. The lawyer was very experienced, worked very fast, and gave me good legal advice. I recommend this law firm, and specifically Phil Revah, for any issues

The attorney is extremely rude. He doesn't take into consideration that individuals in the community are coming to him for advise and guidance. Which he didn't give me any advise as to how to move forward with my issue. I told him that i would like to retain him to solve my issue and he threatened to sue me! I know right i told him i needed his services in person and in return I'm threatened.
Update: To add insult to injury he called me back and said let me explain... I hung up; he called again, i declined the call. He knew he was rude and nasty for no reason, there's nothing to explain nothing

Phill is great. He really took the time to listen to me and assist me in my situation. Although it is still early in the process with him, his attention and courteousness has far outreached my expectations. I will write another review when the eviction of our tenants is complete., but so far he's awesome!
Update 12/11/2017: After only four weeks (even with the Thanksgiving holidays) Everything is complete. Phillipe kept his word and really made things happen! I am so happy with his service! Don’t make the mistake of hiring anyone else! He communicates great with his clients and has excellent

This is a good law firm and the lawyer who helped me here was very knowledgeable about florida landlord laws. Got rid of my tenant in 24 days and we got the rent money from the court. Talk to Phil he is the head eviction lawyer. The tenant messed up the apartment but we have to sue separately for that. Call these lawyers if you have an issue with a tenant.
