Applied to these apartments about 4 months ago. We got approved and were told there was a waitlist which was totally expected and I was fine waiting the 3-4 months. Then came the radio silence. Every single call is usually unanswered, if they DO answer they either “don’t know how long it will be” or get your information to call you back and then NEVER DO. Honestly I got so fed up with them we applied elsewhere & move in shortly. Really really disappointed that the previous reviews are true. Awful. Experience. Casey took our application money and never spoke to us again. Promises the world and takes your app money with no follow through. Called dozens of times..went in to office multiple times never to any avail. Calling corporate and then Bay news 9 after readig bbb reviews this is a scam and these people should be ashamed of themselves. Luckily we had the 70 to spend but others do not and this is an awful way to do other people especially in these times. SHAME ON YOU!

WOW!! This place really is a SCAM! It is income restriction. However, during the application process, it never says anything about that. Also, i applied for a 2 bedroom and PAID the app fee just to be told I can't live in a two bedroom without a second person. They make a LOT of money by scamming the application fee. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I just found out the hard way. Thankfully I work for an attorney and I WILL figure out how to get my money back. An application payment should not be accepted if the questions on the app clearly have the information that the person cannot get the apartment

The service there was very professional the apartment I seen was beautiful the property was well maintained and Matthew was a blessing Matthew performed his job well he was parents was clean and professional his actions and the way he helped me was wonderful 100% the best I ever had weight on me he was the best and every which way you could think of Matthew was a blessing to have to show me the apartment and I would suggest him to anybody that goes to look at them apartments to ask for Matthew

My husband and I had a great experience on getting information. I called and spoke first with Malik, he was very helpful in answering all my questions over the phone. Then I also received a call from Matthew (Quick response on the same day) and offered a tour which we accepted. Matthew is a nice young man, very informative and polite on all our questions. He showed us a nice two bedroom apartment. The apartment complex is very clean and decent. I applied online April 2021 and that was $70 and they said they had a unit open and took $300.00 deposit, which was refundable if canceled within 24 hours. I canceled it a few hours later because I realized it was income based and I wouldn't qualify. They said they would send me my $300.00 deposit but it would take up to 6 weeks. It's now 9/23/2021 and I've left numerous messages with office staff, the manager Jennifer, voice mails and emails. They keep saying they will look into it and never call me back or email me back. They pretty much scam people. I'm trying to find out what else I can do

The people who work in the leasing office are useless! The website says three availability, but they don’t actually have units available. They don’t answer the phone, or emails within reason or at all. They are closed on weekends, even though they are supposed to be open. Had I completed an online application it would have been difficult trying to get my money backs. A complex is as good as their leasing office. Would not recommended.

Another scam. I applied for a specific available unit coming up. I was informed that I was the first person on the list for this one bedroom apartment since the person before decided on a two instead. Shortly after applying I revived notification that I passed the background/ credit check. I called the leasing office and they sent an email containing forms which they asked me to complete, print, as well as send bank statements and pay stubs, for which I sent the last six months and returned within two hours. I was told to, “be patient because she is working on tons of applications.” Wait
