I moved to Palms At Wyndtree in November 2003! This place is now my HOME! I love love where I live for so many reasons but here’s a few...
So Beautifully kept and so safe, never in the time I’ve lived here alone as a female have I had to worry about anything, it’s a gated community but that aside, I have always felt safe and happy living here
The management has changed a few times through the years but it’s ALWAYS been amazing and well run. This together with Dennis and his maintenance team, they are phenomenal! Never have I been inconvenienced, by any issue unless it’s been out of

This place is amazing!! If you're on the fence about it just do it! The staff are so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process of moving, deciding, and questions. Kaitlyn has been so helpful and kind to us since the day we came in deciding between two places to stay. Our premium apartment is gorgeous and has a huge balcony that is very private with the 9 foot ceilings. The firepit, pool, sandy volleyball court, and tennis courts are well kept and very fun. Every question we had has been answered and any time we needed help, their maintenance team immediately responded. I have never met

I moved into Palms at Wyndtree a bit over a week ago now. I am the type of person who likes to ask questions for clarity and to insure I do things as correctly as possible from the get go, and not only have the staff been accommodating, they have been genuinely friendly and welcoming to my new place. So far I love it here, the property is clean and well kept and it is for a great price. Amenities are great and parking is not an issue anywhere. Only minor inconvenience I have noticed is all garbage needs to go to one compacting location at the front of the property, but a small inconvenience compared

My wife and I just moved in a month ago and we couldn't be happier with our new home. We love the tall ceilings, the bathroom and closets are very spacious, and everyone who works here has been a delight. Our dryer started making loud noises out of the blue, so we called it in and maintenance had it fixed before we were home from work and you couldn't tell anyone was in our apartment because they didn't any mess behind. Great place to live, highly recommended!!!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend this property ! I was very nervous moving to an apartment after being a homeowner for so long. The staff made the transition for my children and I smooth and easy! They are always ready and available to help and treat us kindly and with respect. The maintenance staff is quick , knowledgeable and most importantly to me clean! Love the community!!!

We sold our home and decided to rent for awhile until we decide to buy a house again. The decision of where to rent was easy. I had previously lived at Palms of Wyndtree approximately 7 years ago. It was, by far, my most favorite apartment I had ever rented, based on the staff, timely maintenance, safety and upkeep of the property. We just moved back in a couple of weeks ago. Although the staff has changed, the level of customer service has not changed, and is superior. Selling a house is stressful. We ran into a couple of hiccups through the closing process. What a great place to call home! Just renewed to start our 6th year here. Could not be happier. Office staff, maintenance staff are always very attentive to your needs. Call this your new home! I’ve lived here for 3 years and couldn’t be happier. The office staff and maintenance crew are extremely friendly, courteous, understanding and prompt. I’ve never had any issues or concerns. The property is very well maintained and safe. I enjoy all the amenities, community events and my neighbors. I am thankful to the staff for making me love coming home!

I moved to Palms at Wyndtree a little over a year ago and it has been amazing! I looked at the reviews for different apartment communities in the Trinity area and Palms was the community that stood out the most. The complex is well maintained and continues to improve. Maintenance is awesome, friendly, and they are very quick to complete work orders, especially those that are a high priority. The complex is very specific about what they consider to be an emergency maintenance request and they make all residents aware of them. I always see maintenance driving around and completing different work

I retired and moved to the Tampa area a little over two years ago. After extensive apartment searching I decided to give Palms at Wyndtree a try. That was a great decision. Both the office and maintenance staffs have been fantastic! The complex is well very maintained and the few requests I submitted were all completed within a couple of hours. Everyone I dealt with has been professional and very cordial. I recently moved to be closer to the areas where I spend most of my time. I hope I don't end up regretting that decision.
