I was in 2547 for a year. Black mold soft floors i fell through in bathroom and no maintenance. You'll pay $250-$500 plus other fees to move in non refundable of course. Over priced and the manager Susan seems nice but will make up chargers after you move out. Check other references on the place and elon management. The apartments are modular buildings not even real construction

Very quant and quiet away from the main road which is perrine ranch rd.. It's also surrounded by a wooded area on one of the sides with a big dipped feild to play soccer or football, frisby or to just run around with your dog! It's also surrounded around nice neighborhoods! And there are stores that are very close by to shop!
