Life is full of opportunities to show someone we love them. One such opportunity is the funeral or memorial service. Such a loving event celebrates the choices they made, the relationship you shared, and honors the memory of your loved one. It's important to take the time to acknowledge the uniqueness of the deceased: the individuality of their personality, and the uniqueness of their life's path.

Not just for them, but for you; it affirms the relationship, and leads to healing after loss. Honoring their life is truly an act of love - for the both of you. Taking the time to design your service is a loving act, and not a difficult one. We invite you to explore the seemingly infinite number of ways to celebrate and honor a life.

Our beloved family dog died unexpectedly this past Friday morning so we had to find a funeral home open early that morning so that we could have our beloved Prince cremated and we ran across Abbys Funeral Home. I called them and made arrangements with Kimberly whom was so kind and helpful . Once we took prince up there , we were treated with the upmost respect and kindness and they were so sympathetic. I was scared at first that would act like it’s just a dog but prince wasn’t just a dog , he was part of our family and the good folks at Abbys treated Prince as such . I picked up prince’s

Kimberly and all of the people at Abbey Funeral Home helped our family with the memorial service and cremation of our wonderful step-father. They went above and beyond for our family and my mother and took care of every request my mother had. Even after the fog had cleared they were there to help her even weeks afterwards. They had a great personal touch and you always felt that they were there for you through the entire process. Thank you again.
