Once again I cannot compliment this practice enough. Today as always we were treated like family and with the utmost care. My PA, Holly, was exceptional and her professionalism like the rest of the staff from the front desk to Dr Hobdari leave no stone unturned in caring for their patients. I had my first appointment as a new patient today and all the girls in the office were fantastic!
As a new patient Dr. Hobdari took time to talk about my history, needs and get us on a plan to maintain my health. My wait in the reception area wasn't long at all but the wait in the waiting room was longer than I'd like. I didn't like the fact that my visit was for 10:00am and I didn't get a call until 11:20am and only because I called to tel them I was in the zocdoc waiting room all that time.

Dr. Hobdari’s office has grown and changed over the last decade, and not for the better. I used to refer people, but not anymore. It has become all about money. Good luck ever getting to actually see her during an office visit. You will most definitely always see one of her PAs or Nurses. If I did not scrutinize my insurance statements I would have missed all the hidden COVID CHARGES. Want to get a call back from a nurse regarding a medication or need a question answered? They will schedule a “telehealth” appt. for you. This is nothing more than a 5-10 minute scheduled phone call that they

Me and my wife went to dr. Hobdari’s office with certain issues and questions. In return we have received treatment as we are “lab mice” or “piggy banks” and not real human lives. None of the issues that are visual and were pointed out to the doctor have been taken seriously (probably because they do not require more expensive interventions). I was told to undergo a heart echocardiogram, which was completely not needed as I got a second opinion from another specialist (not based in the US). And in the first place no one wanted these procedures to be done to us, we wanted our certain problems

In the 4 years I have been a patient, there has been an earth shaking shift in this practice.
Ever since the onset of COVID-19, this practice has become about only 1 thing. Money. That’s all they want. The practice as a whole only wants into your wallet, and could really care less about your health. I do not make this post lightly. I have referred friends and coworkers to this office. My wife and I have been loyal patients. No more. As of today, I will be looking for a new office for my healthcare needs. It’s a terrible shame

Dr. Alfonso is the best doctor ever! She goes above and beyond for her patients. She is compassionate and so caring, you can tell she truly cares about you and your health. She is extremely intelligent and always makes a great plan. I am not one to write negative public reviews but my experience with this office was so concerning to me that I felt it my obligation to share. I wish I had done my better due diligence in reading more reviews before calling for an appointment, because if you do that, you will find that MANY people have had these same negative experiences. It is my great hope that this office will read this review and rather than become defensive as they have with other negative reviews, will become more transparent upfront with its patients about their billing policies and appointment scheduling.

After trying several practices/doctors to find the cause of my constant fatigue, Genesys ordered complete blood work that showed a vitamin D deficiency that was apparently the cause. Also, after a botched routine surgery by a local wanna-be politician/specialist, Hobdari's team found a kidney infection that was causing my covid-like symptoms. 1 shot of antibiotics and a prescription cleared it up immediately. They dont just write referrals like some other Naples doctors, they use everything at their disposal to fix the problem and have been, in my case, very successful saving me time and money

I have been a patient here for a couple of years and have had absolutely wonderful experiences with the various providers that I have seen. Dr. Hobdari always listens and addresses all of my concerns.

Dr. Hobdari has been my primary care physician for 11 years. She is extremely thorough and aggressive in keeping me healthy, which I appreciate. She reviews my files before she meets with me to assure our time spent together is productive. She listens to me and remembers what I tell her. She is one of the smartest people I know.
