Frank joined the agency full time in 1995 after graduating from West Virginia University.

Great communication. Barbara is fantastic! Customer for about 16 years. Always available by phone. Your office sent an email on Christmas Eve hours and closing time and I was able to call 10 minutes before closing to cover a new car I bought on Christmas Eve. Licensed in PA and MD which was great continuity for us when we moved 30 minutes north into PA but we maintained our MD residence as a rental property. You were there for us right away this summer two days before the 4th of July when a driver fell asleep at the wheel and crossed the center line and totaled my 3 year old car. We have added

I have been dealing with Lebherz Insurance Company for a number of years now and I will never change Insurance companies. Everyone there is kind and very very helpful. What I like most is that when I call I don't get the run a round. Whomever answers the phone can help me. If the person I need to speak with is not there they call me back in an hour or so. There have been times when they called me to remind me if I have missed a payment. Always so nice.

Lebherz promptly returned our phone call after we reported our accident. They were understanding of our situation; made sure that the appropriate support personnel was notified; referred us to the rental car agency and auto body shop; promptly provided all necessary paper work in order for efficient service of all vendors.; followed up with us to make sure service was satisfactory. What was a bad situation turned out to easy and efficient because of Lebherz excellent customer service, seamless connection with vendors and amazing follow through.
