Shu Ha Ri Do Martial Arts

Hello everyone my name is G. J. Harris also known as Sifu G. Welcome to my website. I teach a martial arts system called Shu Ha Ri Do. I created Shu Ha Ri Do in 1998 after several years of training in various styles of martial arts and studying combat science and body mechanics. My story is an uncommon one.

I teach and live by a righteous code. My primary focus is self mastery under the Kingdom of Heaven. From a physical standpoint my martial arts is second to none. I have written much about it and my philosophy in my books, and in the hundreds of blog articles on my other site Shu Ha Ri Do Warrior Wisdom.
