Services
Gravestar has a fundamental commitment to the communities in which the managed properties are located. The Gravestar staff participates in annual community service days in furtherance of this commitment. Through the Gravestar Foundation, financial contributions complement the service commitment of our staff.
These include photovoltaic solar energy systems on roofs at the Porter Square and Wellesley centers, high-reflective white roof membrane systems, solar powered trash compactors, customer recycling programs, LED parking lot lighting, and designated car-sharing parking spaces. Gravestar has an active program with new and existing tenants to install upgraded HVAC systems, which maximize energy efficiency.
