Menira is our highly-trained and skilled Dental Hygienist. She loves to help people and enjoys being able to educate our patients on the value of good oral hygiene. If you have any questions about how to brush or floss properly, or want advice on toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc., then she'd be more than happy to assist!
Dr. Stein has been practicing for 42 years, having graduated from The University of Tennessee in Memphis in 1978. Prior to making Nashville his home, he practiced in Chattanooga (where he was born and raised) for 35 years. He completes approximately 20 hours of CE training each year, as well as a variety of seminars, workshops, and classes outside the requirements of dentistry so that he can remain current on advancements in related fields.
Dental crowns are custom-fabricated total restorations made from ceramic material. They cover a tooth entirely and help to treat oral conditions such as cracked, chipped, worn out, or damaged teeth. Along with giving an aesthetic uplift, they also restore the functionality of the teeth and support them structurally.
Our mouths often house thousands of bacteria, even though we practice regular oral hygiene. No matter how well you brush and floss your teeth, bacteria tend to get left behind in between the teeth and in the occlusal grooves. They can lead to the formation of a thin layer of plaque on the teeth, which, if not removed for a longer time, turns into tartar.
Dentures are removable dental appliances used to replace missing teeth. Partial dentures are used when a person has only a few of his/her natural teeth left. So, the dentures act as replacement tooth-like structures wherever the person is missing teeth, and the remaining space on the denture would be left empty to accommodate the natural teeth.

Dr. Stein and his staff are so wonderful. I have had negative experiences in the past in many dental offices and came to this office very worried about the same type of experience but it was unlike the others. Dr. Stein and his team are kind, patient and take their time to make sure you are comfortable and with what they are going to do and appropriately numbed as needed. I will not go anywhere else and am no longer nervous entering a dental office, at least entering this dental office. I truly appreciate the care I receive at this office.

The staff and Dr Stein have been so amazing - I had a dental emergency and I called 10 dentists on a Saturday even ones who had Saturday hours and everyone denied me that day due to me not being a current patient. Stein Dental Care fit me in and treated me so great. Everyone is so pleasant here and Dr Stein has done great work for me so far. I now drive from Franklin to go there; they have my business!

My experience- Last Saturday my 12 year old son was playing in the snow and broke his entire front tooth all the way to where the nerves were exposed and it was bleeding. My 12 year old has terrible anxiety issues and self esteem issues that we are working on. He was in excruciating pain and it was 7pm on a Saturday!! Very comfortable , family like atmosphere 💙Ive always been scared of dentist but Dr. Stein & all of his staff there made me feel very comfortable , welcomed & at ease. Everything was explained to me step by step , every question I asked was answered professionally. Dr. Stein was very gentle & thorough , as well. Dr. Stein and his staff were amazing. I always hate going to the dentist because I always think worse case scenario. A lot of places I called to inquire about services, talking to them I just felt like another body (or mouth). Dr Stein’s office felt like a small family. They do their best to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I don't know where to start, because I had such an amazing visit!
The staff was super professional but super sweet at the same time, they do care about the patient!
I rescheduled about 4 times my appointment and they were still nice and polite about it, which you can't find that often.
The team at the front desk are very helpful when it comes to dealing with the insurance.
