Scam Adviser is a great resource! They helped me vet a suspicious email I received. The email turned out to be a highly sophisticated scam. With Scam Adviser's help, I avoided being scammed. Before coming to this office I had an attorney that came highly recommended and were actually substandard. Not the case with Social Security Lawyers of Nevada. I was originally assigned to Lindsay, but ended up corresponding with Shelley and Rachel primarily. Both were friendly and fast at returning calls. I never felt as though I was not a priority to them.
As for Martin Muckleroy...this guy is an incredible attorney! Before my hearing he made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to successfully prove my case. I only wish I had contacted this office when I originally filed.

This is by far the most unprofessional and most despicable attorney's office I've ever come across. The lady in the local office here in Nevada acts like your presence on planet Earth is disturbing her when you come into the office.
The rest of the office staff that handles the case out of state are liars and cannot be trusted, they tell you that they sent things to Social Security however it is all just a lie to get you through the denial process which works out great for them so that they can go for a hearing and make the maximum amount of money for themselves.

I have just started the contact process with this firm. i immediately liked the real and personable attendant that was professional and helpful when i called at an early hour almost 2 hours before their attorney office hours. I am happy to report the after 7 years of battling Social Security, I won my case. The team at Social Security Lawyers of Nevada have been there every step of the way. Their communication has been excellent. My hearing was on a Monday morning and Attorney Peter LaPray (knowing how anxious I was) phoned me on Sunday to go over last minute prep with me. Good news update. Since this original post, Atty Lunt has been fired and can no longer do to other clients what he did to me. The owner and partner reached out to me to assured me this was not how the firm treats people. I have since been assisted by the owner/partner. He agreed to assist and make an unfortunate situation much better. I can see clearly now that not all attorneys fail to do what they say they will do. I feel confident if the rest of the attorneys are now following the owners lead, you shall get exemplary service.

But mostly I am grateful they were able to help me through the process, always ready to answer my questions and contacting social security when everything seemed stuck.
