If you enjoy unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for signed contracts this is the company for you. Some of the worst individuals I've ever communicated with. It took a year and a half for them to fix an issue in our backyard, which was included in our contract. Instead of taking ownership of the problem I was told by multiple individuals with first star that if I wasn't happy with my house that they would buy it back. Quite a threat since the reason I wasn't happy was due to their inability to hold up their end of the contract. I cannot stress enough...DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE

Do not work with This company they scammed my family. We paid the application fee and they never called wether we were approved or denied. We called them multiple times to figure out what was going on and they didn’t seem to know what they were talking about, and when we finally got someone to answer the man said they were too busy so they had him answering the phones I believe was a maintenance man. I should have read the reviews first.

I would give no stars if possible. Absolute worst experience with a company. I hope you don't have any issues while living here because your calls/texts/emails/ voicemails will go unanswered. All of the houses (on Salem Rd anyway) have the same garage code and you won't be advised to change it. So, your car in your SHUT garage will be broken into and your purse will be stolen. We left the house better than when we moved in but will not be receiving our deposit back and will actually be owning money. We were charged for holes & painting when we were told to fill the holes and match the paint ourselves

If there was a 0 star option I would gladly choose it. Sierra is by far the worst realtor known to man. I feel like I am communicating with a 16 year old that has no skills or work ethic. She wants to charge you an additional $1100 on top of the $2250 security deposit for a house we left in great condition and even got professional cleaned. THEN she refuses to speak over the phone because she is so far in the weeds with how wrong she is that she claims she can only talk via email. Once you continuously prove her wrong she then stops responding and addresses you to an attorney. SHE SENT ME PICTURES

Do NOT rent from this company! There is no communication! And when you can finally get ahold of someone, it will probably be Sierra Sidon who will for sure make you feel like a bother. They did not inform us that every single garage code in the area is the same which resulted in our garage and several other garages getting broken into. Do not reach out to them if there is a leak in your bathroom because they won't care and it will continue to leak from the ceiling every time it rains. Do not try to call them for anything because they won't answer. Do not leave a voice mail because they won't respond
