That Russ Russell is a real psycho! He harassed my wife to where she was scared to go to her office that she rented from him no less. Run fast and as far as you can get from this guy! Crazy with a capital C.

Don't know him personally, but I've met him at my job. Let me say, he passes his cards out to everyone and then tipped his server 2% of his check. Apparently he thinks a compliment pays the servers bills, while he's wasting people's time and effort. Shows allot about a person's character doesn't it? Your face and personality are your business in real estate. I wouldn't give him my money, you probably shouldn't either. He obviously doesn't need it.
