Don't know him personally, but I've met him at my job. Let me say, he passes his cards out to everyone and then tipped his server 2% of his check. Apparently he thinks a compliment pays the servers bills, while he's wasting people's time and effort. Shows allot about a person's character doesn't it? Your face and personality are your business in real estate. I wouldn't give him my money, you probably shouldn't either. He obviously doesn't need it.
