Complex is a quiet place to stay. But it's managed in a laissez-faire way. Trash is not picked up timely. Dumpster was removed so your trash piles up and greet you each time you walk out of your door. Notice of them entering the apartments are received less than 24 hours of they actually doing it. Must have Facebook to stay informed with current happenings. Also, if neighbor complains about another, office doesn't really do a good job of investigating the issue. They just come to a conclusion and either threaten you with fees or have the police visit you. Not a bad complex just definitely has room

We lived here for almost 2 years.
This place has been the best rental to live in in our experience.
They're always on top of fixing and caring for their tenants.
It's clean, they pick up litter, they have trash service to pick up your trash from near your unit.
The new park is beautiful.
There is a slight issue with wasps, but they arent aggressive. (paper wasp i believe)
never had a pest issue.
The neighborhood is super nice.
When we moved in during covid, the place gave us free food, pizza, canes etc.
When ida hit we did lose our ac as we usually do every 3 weeks, but they had other

!DO NOT RENT HERE! The headache you’ll obtain if you decide to live here will be disgusting. The staff is nonchalant and flat out careless. We’ve been without air conditioning for eight days with no resolution in sight. We were told the staff would do “fridge clean outs” after hurricane Ida and it was a lie. We returned to a stench in our apartment along with a missing support beam from our porch causing damages to our room. The leasing agents show no concern over the units. The phones are off the hooks but the agents are outside of the office constantly. It’s been next to impossible

The staff is always friendly and professional. They care about their resident needs. The manager is awesome. Nadia made sure that I was happy and satisfied. She went over and beyond to make sure that they found the apartment that I wanted. My manager and staff is better than yours. Thanks Summerfield!!!!!!!
