I reached out to Nathan Fine in one of their listings in Lake County, CA and he couldn't have been worse.
The house seemed nice and at a great price. The listing only showed three images of the front of the home but I wanted to see the inside. I called the agent who gave me a story about why there weren't photos of the inside but assured me it was not due to squatters or non-paying tenants.
I then asked about the property having any issues and then he asked if I was going to pay cash or get a loan. This made me think it was a fixer. I asked why it wasn't listed as such and he
