Cosimo (Gus) Fricano was the third child born to Antonino and Philipena Fricano, immigrants from Palermo (Bagheria), Sicily. After many years of toiling in the mud of the celery fields for his father's cousin, Carlo Fricano, Gus and his younger brother Thomas enlisted into the Navy to serve their country in the Second World War.
We do not deliver, so please pick-up your order at the front counter in 45 minutes (unless you specify a later time during checkout.). Doors open at 4:00 p.m. (Monday-Saturday, Closed Sunday) and you can submit online orders starting at 3:30 p.m., and the earliest pick-up time is 4:15 p.m. Please pay with Cash, Check or Visa/MasterCard/Discover at the front counter (Online payment not available).
Specialty Pizzas (No substitutions or special requests, we try to keep it simple) (available at the Comstock Park restaurant only) The four pizzas listed below are popular new additions to the Fricano's pizza line. A slight deviation to the Fricano's 12 original thin crust pizza pie, but every bit as authentic and delicious.
Luncheon meetings for 25 or more people are available for associations, businesses and organizations on any weekday. You'll enjoy salad, soft drinks and the greatest pizza in Michigan. Where do you start by telling you hands down best pizza around. It funny when the kids hear I'm bringing Fricanos they get so excited compared to any other pizzas. So hands down with this family. Enjoy and stay hungry my friends. Don't hesitate to give them a try, no pic hear because it goes fast when it hits the table.

This is a truly unique Grand Rapids area experience! By far the best pizza I've had in Western Michigan. Loved the ambience and everything that the restaurant had to offer. There was liveusic the night I went! Absolutely fantastic!!!

Did not enjoy it! Liked the thin crust on the pizza, but burned in places. My husband and I wanted a salad, they only had 2 kinds of dressings. Garlic bread was not anything special, like French bread with just garlic salt on it. We had never gone there before, will we go again, no we will not! And we had to ask for refills on
Our pop, and very small glasses. And waitress was not that great either!!! We went to the one on Alpine.

Fricanos is the absolute best! Best pizza of all time. I have been family friends with the Fricano family my whole life. I can’t wait to get pizzas sent to Nevada in about a month! You are the greatest Doug. This will be the best 40th birthday gift of all time.

Suggestion:
*have waitress walk customers to their table vs pointing
*check on the customer at least once while eating
*maybe have a sign that says pay here
Other than that I was pleasantly shocked how the pizza was. Looking at the reviews and seeing the pizza in person I was ready to walk out but I'm glad I stayed. One pizza honestly can be for 1 adult and a little one (that's if you're willing to share because it is fantastic)

If ur looking to get only pizza, you've come to the right place. Taste was good but it's one size only. Very thin , out in what feels like seconds. No appetizers like fries but we ordered some spaghetti as an appetizer.

Great tasting pizza. Enjoyed the thin crust. Had pepperoni, Mushroom, Banana Peppers, Sausage, extra cheese.
Salad with just enough Vinaigrette. Not drowning in it. People are spread out every other table.

Pizza was delicious, Gluten Free! Tomato Basil, friend had regular crust pepperoni & sausage, I had the Italian sub, very good! Very nice atmosphere and good service. Tuesdays they have classic vehicle night! It's a wonderful time to check out those vehicles, bring the family! And have fun, eat and drinks.

A west Michigan standard for great thin crust pizza. They are self proclaimed the best pizza in the state, not sure we or the majority would agree. The restaurant is overly casual - eating on 8” paper plates is your only option! Wait staff is always overly busy and seems to have 10 tables per waitress. On Tuesday nights in the summer, they have a very popular car show with a wide range of cars, that will make it worth your trip.
