I've always had a passion for photography - since I was a little girl. But it wasn't until 2002 when I purchased a 35mm Canon SLR camera and began learning about film photography and darkroom techniques that my journey really began. As a professional Houston-based photographer, I started shooting portraits, weddings and events in 2009.
With all the excitement of the wedding has passed, it's is understandable that you will want to re-live your special day through the images and videos captured. My turnaround time for delivery of the final edited gallery varies throughout the year. For low season weddings (February - April and September and October weddings) the turnaround time is faster - usually 4 to 6 weeks.
Many of my repeat clients know I like to shoot outdoor family photography sessions in the hour or two before sunset. This is the time we get the best lighting for your pictures. Naheeda Spencer is a newborn photographer offering newborn photography services to clients in Sugar Land, Katy, Richmond, Rosenberg, Stafford, Missouri City and Houston.

When I first picked up an SLR camera in 2003, I was fortunate enough to have the guidance of a mentor who taught me how to actually USE the camera for the purpose it was made for - to create art. Since then, I stopped using the automatic setting and have been shooting on manual. I practiced for many years before jumping head on into professional photography.

Naheeda is my go-to for exceptional photography in the Houston-area. She shot my wedding and captured every moment to such a level of beautiful detail that I can relive the entire day just by going through the album. My 4-5 hour wedding in 32-degree-weather translated to over 600 high-quality, aesthetic pictures that I go through again-and-again, marveling at how both the daytime and nighttime lighting in our outdoor wedding pics looks perfectly magical. I love the daytime "first-look" shots; my husband really loves the nighttime sparkler shots. The album in total is dynamic and varied, as exciting

I feel sooo blessed and lucky to have come across Naheeda to photograph all my events for my wedding! Naheeda is probably THE BEST photographer in the Houston area. (Trust me, I did my research) She did such an amazing job capturing all the events for my wedding. Naheeda was also soooo patient and responsive while I was going back and forth with my dates (due to covid)!!!
She is so professional, and such a delight to work with, and makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera! I can’t wait to have a photoshoot done with her again! :)

We have known and used her services since 2017. Naheeda is very easy to talk to. She has always been very accommodating when it comes to finalizing dates/ times which is great when you have to schedule the photoshoot arounds kids' schedules. Not only she takes the best photos, she makes that time fun and enjoyable for our little ones, so they are always at ease around her. She has captured many special moments for us and each one of them has been better than the previous ones. be it indoor sessions such as newborn shoot of our lil one or outdoor family pictures she takes the best pictures! and

Naheeda from before the event even started was great in accommodating all of our requests and uncertainty. Naheeda made having a wedding during a stressful time so much easier. She was quick and helpful with her responses. During the event she guided us through all of the photos we would be taking and had wonderful ideas for different shots. She took great posed shots as well as action/candid shots throughout the event. She captured moments we did not even think to capture. Naheeda was very unprofessional with her work and very rude and disrespectful. I asked for my unedited photos and she said she doesn't give this to her clients because they are blurry and duplicates, the photos I received had double photos, it wouldn't have made any difference. Also took photos that had nothing to do with the event. There were no photos of my husband alone and barely photos of me and my husband together. Yet alone I also did not have many of my family members photos that were taken during the event. As I compare, I had my marriage ceremony back in January and had a different photographer
