For the past 27 years Joseph Henger has been Evaluating and providing Programing for Wisconsin's Sexual Offenders. Mr. Henger has provided programing for over 9000 sexual offenders and his programs have been independently evaluated as "Highly Effective". Mr. Henger provides trainings in the treatment and supervision of sexual offenders along with trainings on risk assessment, and in the implementation polygraphs into programming.
Mr. Henger has been active in developing creative alternatives to revocation programs allowing offenders to keep their jobs and focusing on the behaviors that elevated the offenders risk. Not just more programming. Joseph Henger has, throughout his career, developed a reputation of being firm but fair with the great majority of his clients being successful.

Services
Henger Enterprises is a provider of behavioral health services throughout the State of Wisconsin. We have more than 20 years of providing specialized sex offender treatment for court-ordered individuals in the community, as well as, at locked facilities, and overlay programs. We presently offer sexual offender treatment in separate locations and are seeking experienced sex offender therapists in several locations to fill anticipated vacancies.

Just another evil business man who calls himself a psychologist. Absolutely disgusting. Money hungry. He does little to nothing to contribute to the rehabilitation of offenders except harsh things that enforce a sick self-fulfilling prophecy on them. Did I mention money hungry? It’s people like him that take away any string of hope so that offenders fall in a relapse loop and come back to his office again, and that’s his evil business plan. Money hungry. I strongly recommend he is closely monitored by someone who is more responsible/intelligent of our current generation or leaves the profession
