As the largest third-party administrator (TPA) for the federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), we are proud of our long-running partnership. Non compliant with State Nursing Board guidelines. Non-equitable treatment of staff. Inappropriate comments made about staff in public settings. Inexperience of Management is not developed by Corporate or upper management. Reports of inappropriate behaviors/threats against employees cause retaliation against reporting employee vs appropriate/ethical discipline. Consistently short staffed and poor/unsanitary work environment.
