Beware!!!! Unethical and unprofessional!!!! They took thousands of dollars for a band-aid fix that resurfaced months later and claimed it was not covered under the lifetime warranty of their original job. They will fear monger customers into forking out thousands of more dollars otherwise, previous "life time warranty" will be voided attempting to force customers to rehire them. Against their advice we went with a new plumber that showed me evidence that Rapid Plumbers did nothing to fix the original issue and used materials that were not up to code, so beware!!!

Tl;dr: Shady company. Technicians don't think before doing work. You can probably know more about water heaters or whatever you need work on than these guys by doing a few google searches. Find someone else.

Our three workers, Numa, Victor, and Jaime spent five days working at our house. They were the most able, polite, efficient in their abilities to explain what work had to be done, and then continued to work… from 8 or 9am to 7pm to make sure that they did not inconvenience us. Don’t recommend this company, no customer service whatsoever. Tried to rip me off. Quoted me for Work that was $$$ off. Tried to get hold off manager 4 times in the last 3 business days. Unable to get contact info for him from his staff. Very unprofessional. Still waiting for Enrique to call me back. The technicians that cane out said I had… a leak in my front yard from a pipe that was under my driveway which meant $8k in repairs or $6k if they put another pipe in grass. Btw the leak detector specialist said the pipe was under my driveway when the pipe was actually under my grass about

Saturday around 4:00 PM we discovered a pinhole leak in our cold water copper piping underneath our home. Within an hour Rapid Plumbing sent Joe out to inspect. He is a veteran plumber and promptly crawled under the home to check out the situation. For $425 and by crawling under another three times, he was able to drain the waterline out and replace the offending piece of copper which had lasted 36 years.
Joe took the time to explain what he was doing and we were pleased with the service provided. "Rapid" service is what they provided!

Marco Martinez, who came over to take care of my clogged kitchen sink was truely a pro.
Rapid Plumbing should be proud to have people like Marco on their team.
He not only arrived on time, but was extremely polite every step of the way.
The job was not easy, and not without obstacles. However, he never gave up, and was determined to resolve it. When he finally did, I could sense his excitement and pride. As a result of his using the powerful rooter, the area was a greasy mess. Needless to say, he cleaned up every bit of it, and made it look as if he had never been there.

My garbage disposal jammed at noon on a Saturday. It was fixed by 3 PM the same day. The dispatcher called me to keep me informed about when the technician would arrive. Chris came as indicated, was professional and rapid. I had picked Rapid Plumbing out of the Yellowbook. I will certainly use them again.

When I called for service, the lady told me the Technician are on their way,that was fast service. I received an email showing the Tech picture so I can id him. AJ was great, Professional and knowledgeable. We… ended up having him do more then what was needed. AJ also cleaned everything. We are happy with Rapid Plumbing.
