I love coming here to learn pole dancing! Everyone is so nice and supportive. I've met so many new people from all different backgrounds. Even when we're all awkward and just starting out everyone is so encouraging. My mental health really took a turn for the worst during quarantine. Half my family caught COVID and I had to deal with the stress and anxiety of whether or not I'd be next, or if I would lose someone. My self esteem was low and my health was even lower, but coming here has really brightened my mood and attitude. I actually found something that I like to do that keeps me active and

I started coming to Intro classes here after a friend of mine encouraged me to sign up with her, back in Jan 2020. Of course, right as I was getting into the swing of things, the pandemic hit. I was wowed by how quickly the owner and the instructors pivoted to a Zoom only platform. The team's flexibility isn't only splits!! Those virtual classes helped me feel safe and connected during a rough time for everyone. Once I was comfortable, I came back to the studio and the team welcomed me back with open arms. The acceptance, support, and expertise the instructors provide will keep me poling and progressing

I have been coming to this studio for a couple months now doing privates with Megan. This studio is the best place I have ever been too…they welcome you warmly and there is no judgement. Megan is an extremely talented dancer and trains with skill, but even more importantly she puts her whole heart into her lessons and encourages her students. I have never felt my self doubt that plagues me with Megan she is my cheerleader and has never questioned my abilities. I am so grateful for finding this wonderful home when I really needed to find a place I belonged! Thank you ATX Pole and especially Megan

I have been coming to ATX Pole Fitness for over 2 years and love it! The owner, the instructors, and students that go here are the most amazing community. I love how positive and supportive the atmosphere is and we all cheer each other on during class. There are many different instructors who are all incredible at teaching and helping you nail the new move you are working on. There are so many awesome classes to take its hard to pick which ones to go to each week! I am here 6 days a week I just can’t get enough. Pole Fitness is challenging but so rewarding in so many ways. I highly recommend

Stephanie is fantastic! She is kind, encouraging, and professional. She tailors your lesson to fit your experience level and personality to ensure you get what you want out of pole fitness. She’s incredible on the pole and her studio is beautiful and always clean. She has a way of always making people feel welcome and comfortable regardless of level, age, or body type and help you become the best version of yourself. I am middle aged and a beginner but have never been made to feel that way. As a professional with a demanding career plus a wife and mother…..it’s difficult to make time to do

I came here last week for my first ever pole fitness class. I was so excited because I thought it would help with my self esteem. I don’t remember her exact words, but the instructor announced to everyone that I was uncoordinated (that word I remember.) She gave no words of encouragement at all. I actually left crying when it was over. I just don’t understand why someone would insult someone who is trying something new.
I do not recommend coming here for your first pole class. I did not feel welcome. Good luck if you don’t get your first spin correct on the first try.

Had the best time for my bachelorette party doing a pole dancing class with Stephanie. She was so bubbly and fun, very helpful. The dance routine was so much fun, very beginner friendly. Stephanie made everyone in the party feel amazing. Would recommend to anyone!!! So much fun.

The owner and instructors have made this place like a second home. If you are looking for a place to reconnect your mind and body, look no further. They not only offer pole fitness but flexibility, dance (hip hop), and low flow! They encourage you to be great and support you at any level. This is a place to come be yourself without any judgment. It is truly a community of amazing people!

I love ATX Pole Fitness Studio and recommend and will recommend it to all my friends. I enjoy every class I take and they have plenty to offer, pole classes of any levels, flexibility and many more! I took my first class with Stephanie and she is awesome, I fell in love with the studio immediately!
I love the whole team - because they are a dream team! All of them are different and always come up with something fun, new and challenging. I also found many new friends here and ladies who come to the studio are just amazing and the most supportive group I have ever seen!

I was really excited to find a pole studio here in Round Rock.
I am writing this review based off of my personal experience, keep that in mind.
My boyfriend bought me a 5-class pass in late November for 80$. When he bought the pass he is saying that they did not disclose to him that the class-pass expires in 6 months.
So I was given the pass and entire month later for Christmas, and then did not activate it for an additional month due to simply having a busy schedule. So that alone was 2 months right there. SO, I attended two classes in Feburary and March but then the studio closed down until

A wonderful studio with very knowledgeable and patient instructors, no matter your level of dance. I was a complete beginner and the ladies taught me so much! Easily some of the most impressive athletes I have ever met, and I have a new found love of pole dancing because of what I've experienced at this wonderful studio :)

Took my first class with Megan today. I'm pretty clumsy, have no flexibility, and no rhythm--but totally felt at ease because she was so patient. Glad I pushed myself to try the class. You're not being barked at like at Synergy fitness, you're not being told to "earn" your punching bag because others are waiting for a bag like at Fighting Fit. It's a welcoming place with caring instructors that push you to just try. Thanks ATX Pole!

ATX is my 2nd home, and my fellow students and the ATX instructors are my 2nd family. Both the pole classes and other cross-training classes are always a great workout, but I also consistently leave class feeling uplifted, encouraged, and empowered. Whether you are just starting with pole, or you're way advanced, the instructors and curriculum will safely advance you as far as the work you put in allows. I really appreciate that even if I've taken some time off of pole and feel a little rusty, I am accepted right where I'm at, and then challenged to build back up and surpass where

I really like the instructors and welcoming atmosphere of this studio! The space is small - but I feel that it in some ways helps to push everyone together and start talking! The pole class taught by Megan had a wonderful flow to it - and even for a beginner class we had a small combo at the end! Jessica Marie is fantastic at instructing where to place your hands and other elements of technique. The dance classes are fun and empowering. I think the bounce class was about the most fun I've had in a class in years. Can't wait till they put it back on the schedule.

This is a great place to get a great workout! I've done beginner conditioning, intro to pole, and pole 1 classes. I highly recommend getting down "intro to pole" before starting pole 1. (Just personal experience) The staff; Megan, and Jessica are very encouraging and patient instructors. BUT I did feel discouraged during pole 1. Just cause I don't feel ready for that class yet. I need a lot more upper body strength to keep up with that class.
I do have fun, and get a great work out. I will certainly keep up the hard work to get where I wanna get.

This place is amazing! I signed up for the first time free class, and was somewhat nervous about going thinking I would look silly. But after my first class, I immediately signed up for more! I was sweaty, sore and felt confident and sexy after leaving. Kristen, the instructor, is amazing! She is graceful, patient and encouraging. The other ladies in the class made me feel welcome and apart of the group. I love it so much and look forward to my class each week! Pole Fitness is a fantastic workout that each week I see progress in my abilities. It gives me a confidence boost and somehow I leave feeling

ATX Pole Fitness is one of the best studios I have ever trained at. The environment is supportive and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to technique and safety. The jams are always on point and the studio itself is clean and smells like cookies! If you are apprehensive about trying a pole class, there are other fitness classes that you can try first! There is Tighten and Tone, Stretch, and Buti Yoga to name a few. If you want to try pole for the first time, I would highly recommend trying a Pole 1 class. It will change your life! I have been training at ATX for 6 months

The best way I know to describe my absolute love for ATX Pole Fitness... I drive from my house in Central Austin (a hop skip and a jump away from another pole studio) to Round Rock in 5:00pm traffic because it is such a warm, inviting, body positive, encouraging of all levels, magical place of badassery. I am pretty shy, especially about doing new things with new people, but Erin, one of the lovely instructors, makes you instantly feel like you've been part of the class forever and truly inspires you to be excited about your progress. Did I mention she is hilarious too? Seriously, stop reading

I sincerely love this place. They offer a variety of workouts and not just pole training. Everyone there is extremely nice and professional, they know everyone by name, very warm and welcoming.
The only reason I rated this a four start is because most of the classes are offered during the evening but I did email the owner my request for more day classes and she is always listening to the clientele. She responded promptly and advise will bring my idea up to the rest of the instructors, hopefully more classes will open up during the day.

Bought a 2 person Groupon here. Called in & spoke to the owner, Stacy. She was super nice & informative. The studio is clean & comfortable.
Just because you have to pre-book a class does not mean it will be one person per pole. They have 11 poles & the class was double that, meaning we got split into 2 groups, group one tried out the move demonstrated then group 2 went. Therefore we had half the time we should have had on the pole. The class size was so large my friend & I ended up being instructed by a classmate that was obviously a regular as the instructor was so busy. Also
