Certified by the American Council on Exercise, she's worked with Bally's Fitness, Coors Brewing Company, The Bailey Company, City of Lakewood, and the Federal Heights Fire Department to help their people improve their fitness levels.She currently trains people of all abilities - and from age 8 well into their 80s.

I have worked out with weights for more than 20 years. Since I have been training with Amanda, I have experienced far greater changes to my physique than I ever had following my own program. The group setting continues to hold me responsible to my commitment, and the variety of excercises has made the last 3 years intersting and very effective!
