3D Body Scans and our customized app allows us to design an individualized workout/nutrition program to help you reach your goals quickly and safely. I offer several different training packages, every client is different so I tailor my programs to meet my clients individualized needs. I offer monthly programs, individual sessions, small group, on-line, and in-home sessions.

3D Body Scans give you 18 different body measurements, body fat %, lean muscle %, total caloric burn; which gives us the core data needed to help you reach your health/physical goals. I started certified personal training after graduating from the National Personal Training Institute in 2014.
Services
I think of myself as the very first client, seven years ago I weighed 250 lbs and was struggling with hypertension. I began working with a trainer and a year later I weighed 190 pounds and my blood pressure dropped to 115/80. I currently keep my weight between 180 and 190 pounds, depending where I am in my training cycle and sports regiment, I like to gain some weight when I play hockey.
In-Person Training is at Anytime Fitness Evergreen - Monthly Programs are available where one trains either once a week, twice a week, three times a week or four times a week. I also have 10-session packages for those clients whose schedule can't commit to a certain number of sessions per week. Hybrid Program where we do a few in session workouts then I set you up on your own with the help of the Trainerize Application.
