The rehab team utilizes specialized equipment to assist patients in maximizing their functional gains during the rehabilitation process, often decreasing the length of stay. Our 24-hour care staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of each resident, providing excellence in an array of services. We are focused on all aspects of our residents' comfort and well-being, providing a "home away from home" atmosphere.
The Pathway to Home Program is designed to assist patients with a safe transition back to the community as soon as possible. Upon admission, a member of our interdisciplinary team will schedule a Partners in Care meeting with the patient and their family; we will discuss the plan of care, goals and projected stay.
