With Erik Paulson's comprehensive training program you can accomplish your mixed martial arts goals whether they are at the competitive level or purely for fitness or self-defense.
A soft martial art involves redirecting an attacker's energy in a way that expends little energy to the defender. Soft martial arts are based on defense rather than attack. 3. Water Principle: Can be thought as soft, adaptable strength that does not rely on force alone, much like water is soft to the touch.

Black Tiger Martial Arts has been fantastic with our kids, ages 17 and 9. The instructors are patient with the students. My husband and myself are taking an adult class as well

My son who is on the spectrum got treated so bad here.. he went for a try out class, and the man reassured me he has delt with children on the spectrum before. It shows he had no patients at all. I really dislike how he spoke to my son. Im not sure if he was having a bad day or what

My son has enjoyed his time here. He talks about it non stop. It's always a good thing when your child can't wait to go back again, and again, and again. Master Bill, Instructor Ian, and Instructor Jessica are awesome with the kids!

My two teen boys finished their first week of training and my husband and I can see we are making a sound investment in the young adults they are becoming. Master Robin, Master Bill, and Master Ian are outstanding and my boys immediately bonded with Master Ian and "think he's cool." My oldest requires a LOT of patience as he has zero self confidence in anything he does and learning any new task or skill is especially challenging but he is at home here at Black Tiger already. Highly Recommend.

You will be impressed with Black Tiger Martial Arts, I cannot say enough awesome things. I was very nervous to join, not only at my age, but also I'm a total beginner and a bit of a klutz. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. Not only am I learning some useful self defense moves, but it's also a great workout!
Both Master Bill and Master Robin display pride, integrity and a true passion for teaching martial arts. They dedicate themselves to giving us (students) the opportunity to prosper in our training. They effectively communicate their knowledge and understanding of martial arts to

We've had a great experience with Master Robin & Master Bill. They've been exactly what our wild little boy and shy little girl have needed. Keep up the great work! Thanks...
