I would give 0 stars if I could. Michael Edgar was our landlord for a rental property out here for 5 years. When we saw the place we asked about the carpet being dingy and dirty. He said that they would be replacing it soon. After years and years of asking when we could get it replaced, he said they werent going to. We also asked why the AC wasnt making the house cool, and he said to leave it on day and night and it will start to work.
Even after running it around the clock, it would not cool down the house.

My family and I decided to move to Idaho from California in late 2017/ early 2018. After numerous offers and attempts to purchase a home with Michael's help and without success, we decided to give up and just rent. Michael was a pleasure to work with. He always responded quickly to our questions and was able to help us out immediately, or get an answer to us in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable about his job, and is respectful to his clients. Michael coordinated well with our lender, and worked well with the builders' listing agent to get us results. If you want the best agent in all of Idaho, Mike Ryan is your guy! He toured our party of 11 all around Boise and the surrounding towns in a van he rented. He is completely knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer all of our many questions with patience. Mike is a professional through and through. It was a long drive up from Southern California to meet with Michael. After just a few hours of sleep he picked up our exhausted group bright and early the following morning. We were so impressed with Michael's knowledge of the Nampa market. We had a specific list of amenities we we seeking in our new home and he came through for us.
