Normally I wouldn't write a review for my mental health care as I feel its a deeply personal thing and up until this point I have had a slew of pretty bad experiences but the negative reviews prompted me to speak up. That being said, Dev is absolutely amazing and a wonderful person! I have never had this great of an experience with a medication provider. She is ALWAYS there when I need her via portal messages whether that's during emergencies or for medication questions. She also keeps in great contact with my therapist at unity care and supports me with my SSDI application. She has always been

I have been going to KHA for a few years and I have had nothing but great experiences with the therapist and psychiatrists I've encountered. However, I will be finding care elsewhere from now on.
Due to some recent financial trouble (lack of self-care affects my financial responsibility negatively, then COVID happened) I was sent to collections for around $150. When I could, I paid off 2/3 of it, and seeing as I was nearly out of my 2 medications, I called the office asking what I needed to do to be seen and get a refill, I told her I would have the remaining paid off prior to any made appts.

I had an initial appointment, the Dr told me I had symptoms of 2 mental illnesses and then scheduled me for an appointment over a month later. The front office called me 4 times to reschedule me and switched me to a different provider multiple times. I understand if they are fully booked or not accepting new patients but they should've told me that up front instead of making me waste a month and a half waiting for an appointment that was never going to happen anyway.

I received a massage from Denise, and it was easily one of the best I've ever experienced. She took the time to talk to me before hand, asking about my troubled spots and occupation. Once she started, there was not a single wasted movement. Her fingers quickly learned my body and found all the right spots. She talked me through some of the problem muscles she was concerned about and showed me some stretches afterwards. She truly wants to help, and I can't wait to go back!

Stephen Semptimphelter-acupuncturist. He spent almost 2 hours with me on my initial appointment. He was detailed, thorough and efficient. I left feeling much better and look forward to going back this week. I am going on a 200 mile bike ride this weekend and was having back and necks issues along with sleepy hands. Denise C takes the time to chat with clients, find out their needs and then concentrates her efforts where needed most. She was caring, concerned, very professional.
