This salon is the best salon in Charlotte! They’re super organized with appointments and the structure of the salon. The atmosphere is pleasant and warming. If you’re looking for a stress free and calming experience while getting your hair done this is it! I’m never disappointed in my hair when I leave! Top notch quality and service is what you’ll receive!

This facility strong asset is braids not curling & styling. The facility is clean & spacious w/up-to-date technology equipment. I just feel like this establishment specialize in braids only. So if braids what you need, this is the place to go. I just felt like I was making my stylist conversate w/me in order for "me" to feel comfortable in a new setting. My stylist would only talk only when I say something even when it came to me explaining about my hair & medical conditions to assist with the decision of treatment. I was under the impression she was not concern, by her response & actions. Veronica

Not a child friendly salon to children who don’t “sit”. Visiting area. Brought my two children here ages 3 and 4. Both were scared to go to a new salon. Stylist had absolutely no friendly presence to welcome my daughter to get her hair shampooed. She draped her neck with out a towel, just cape with nothing protecting her skin (licensing ding!) then complained of her moving around at shampoo bowl as to why her back was soaking wet. You never know who is sitting in your lobby watching…
The main stylist in the front right chair denied my other daughters service because she didn’t want to

Update: I just attempted to reschedule an appointment with them to potentially redeem themselves from my last experience (below). They sent me a text saying that the appointment was cancelled due to my unsatisfactory experience previously. I called the shop and asked if they could kindly reschedule my appointment but they declined. I questioned their commitment to satisfying customers and they clearly were not concerned about redeeming themselves. This is a shame to all Black Owned and Women Owned businesses.
I am sad to say that this establishment is highly unprofessional. There were several

I typically never negatively review businesses period. As a former business owner I understand that negative reviews play a huge role in your businesses impression. With this said, this salon is not friendly to children who will not initially "sit still". Businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone. Hands down universal policy. However, if a business subscribes to providing service to children, they should also subscribe to customer service professionals who have a gift in RELATING to children.
This business I would not recommend for children who don't "sit still

I ordered a unit $400. It said 3-5 business days at checkout, I got it back in 8. She stated they’re behind..ok put it in the description. I went to pick up the unit, it was handed to me, not even a hello or anything. I didn’t have time to try it on (my fault). I put my measurements in the description box because I have a petite head and I’m so tired of wasting money on big wigs. Once I got home and tried it on it was the size of a small-medium (I measured). The comb was hanging on by thread, hair quality was terrible, shiny like baby doll hair, cuticles were split, shedded every time I combed

I went to get a trim and I ended up with a hair cut. I called ahead and they said I had to have my hair blow dried prior to styling and I told them I can do that and I did. Attempted asking questions about how I should care for hair between trims and the lady barely wanted to open her mouth. Definitely won’t go back. Also I asked stylist to add straight back cornrows and they weren’t even and were crooked. Very poor customer service and now I have to wait months before my hair grows back.

I made an appointment with Tawanna for the braid special. She asked for a picture and I showed her what I wanted done. The style was 6 braids that connected into 2 braids. It seem like she became instantly aggravated stating “you people don’t read the special”. Wow is all I could think. My hair color is hard to match with braiding hair so I use 2 different colors. She commented that next time she would have to charge me extra for mixing colors. My style is not cute. I have these small feed in braids. She didn’t start feeding in the hair until she got to the crown of my head. I had no problem

I went to this salon because I recently moved to the area and needed a new wig. I had gotten a bad batch of curly hair from a previous person and it matted so I needed something new for work. Everything was fine when I went in for my measurements. Veronica Ashley explained the difference in wigs and helped me decide which type was best for me given my limited ability to do hair of any kind. I paid for the wig. She told me to come back the next week to pick it up. The next week, I contacted her and was told that the website says 14 business days. I explained that I went by what she told me, but

I normally do not have any issues because I’ve had my hair done a few times here however, I am very disappointed. I recently had my hair done in feed-in braids only 4 days ago in my hair is already messed up and I haven’t done anything. First, I paid for a service that was not given to me because the description stated 9-10 braids and I needed to have 6packs of hair. I only received about 6 braids and had a lot of hair left over which was a waste, the style i asked for is not what i received. The style i showed in a picture i showed the stylist was not given to me and my style wasn’t set

Went in today for a trim and had the pleasure of meeting Robin. I arrived to my appointment on time and waited a few minutes to have my hair started, which is expected. The staff was friendly and professional. I went in for a simple wash and trim. Robin washed my hair, blow dried it and made sure I was comfortable with how much she would trim off. Overall I am satisfied with how my hair turned out and would definitely return.

I would never go here or recommend my pet let alone a person!! Just RUDE!! It's not my fault your system booked my wash after my service. Instead of the customer service thing and just find a way to fix it you tell me I have to wash my own hair. What exactly is your purpose.l?? Both individuals were rude including the owner but the other reviews say that so nothing new. Don't waste your time or effort find another stylist!!

The salon has a peculiar odor. The waiting area in the salon is very filthy! It needs a good deep cleaning. I was not greeted when I entered the salon. Veronica was not friendly at first, but later warmed up. The other stylist just stared at me...CREEPY! The tracks in my sew in started lifting before a month after install. Because I paid $400, I decided to patch it up and make it work. I brought hair from her, it was overpriced and cheap hair. It was very frizzy and had a flat heavy feel to it one month after install. I am very disappointed because her advertisements on Instagram are very

I would never come back to this salon.
Upon arrival the stylist/owner was not very friendly at all but I ignored it because I was thinking maybe she's not a morning person. The salon smelled like sewage sprayed over with air freshener.
I got a full lace sew in with frontal that only lasted 3 weeks . My frontal was lifting after 3 weeks. Now I've had sew ins before that lasted about 2 months and I only took it out because I wanted to. When I told the stylist that it was lifting already she told me that's about average time and it would be 90 to fix it.
I was upset because I already

I recently got a cut and a wash. I was very impressed not only was the cut beautiful my stylist made me feel good about some trouble areas of my hair. I had noticeable breakage in the center and the perimeter of my hair because I am in the military and I wear a bun often. However, once I got out of her chair I felt like a new woman. I loved the products that she used and the salon is Instagram worthy. Additionally, I found the shop to be reasonably priced. Normally salons try to hit you over the head for every little service, but I could tell that my stylist was interested in doing what was good

I am the parent of a very special daughter with disabilities, autism and developmental delays that other beauticians have had extreme experiences with. We've had such bad experiences in past that as a mom I gave up getting her hair done. My daughter was treated to a makeover day and spa for her 13th birthday by her aunt this past weekend. She and her own daughter are frequent customer of Ms. VERONICA and she took her there to get her hair done. My daughter did not cry, she did not have any meltdowns, and sje was done in less than an hour. My child natural hair was silk pressed, nobjarmful chemicals
