Services
Often individuals feel "stuck" and are fearful to make changes in their lives. In the beginning stages of counseling I assist clients in identifying what is not working for them as well as helping them make sense out of what is confusing or holding them back from change. This process brings about clarity.
Practicing as a psychotherapist, I have been counseling adults and adolescents for over 8 years. I specialize in assisting clients with a wide range of problems including relationship issues, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger, neglect, abuse, trauma, body image and substance use/abuse.

I was dissatisfied with the level of my relationships and just feeling blah. Nicole listened but was also instrumental in motivating me to make effective changes in my life and creating the types of relationships I wanted and now have. Nicole is one of the most compassionate, insightful individuals I have met.

Speaking to Nicole is like talking to an old friend of mine. I feel like she is so intuitive and has the gift of making the conversation flow naturally. I am able to speak “embarrassing” topics and she accepts it with a warm hug, making conversations with her even more special. She has so much experience in the psychology field that when I feel like my world is crashing, she reminds me I am not alone and my thoughts are normal. Thanks Nicole!!
