We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you are experiencing pain or have an emergency situation, we will make every attempt to see you the same day. Please advise the receptionist if you have a medical condition that may require antibiotic pre-medication prior to your visit, such as a heart murmur, artificial heart valves and/or joints, or a history of rheumatic fever.
Dr. Whitecar's career and education are impressive. Voted one of Baltimore's Best Dentists, he been practicing in the Baltimore area for over a decade. As an undergraduate, he studied at Washington and Lee University and went on to get his dental degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.
Digital radiography is the latest technology used to take dental x-rays. Our office uses an DEXIS electronic sensor in place of x-ray film, that captures and stores the digital image on a computer. This image can be instantly viewed and enlarged helping us detect problems easier. Digital x-rays reduce radiation by 80 to 90%, compared to the already low exposure of traditional dental x-rays.

Fabulous dental practice. Dr. Whitecar and his team are passionate about caring for their patient’s oral health and cosmetic appearance. I appreciate the depth of attending to the smallest details. Dr. Ritter recently performed extensive dental work on me. He is very good at isolating problems and working on only one section of your mouth at a time. He is excellent at explaining what he is about to do & what it will feel like. He uses excellent technology and shares the technology with his patients by showing them via a computer screen, what the issues are and what he can do to resolve the issues. Best of all, he assured me I would feel no pain and I didn't. Such a relief. He even called me the day after he performed the work to see how I was feeling. The staff in the practice

I have tried 5 different dentists and was horrified!!! Everyone wanted to whiten my teeth or do invisalign. FYI I think my teeth are great! Went to Dr. Ritter on a rec from
