Our fitness classes offer a comfortable studio setting, easy parking and convenient morning, afternoon and weekend options. We provide our customers with highly qualified and certified instructors to help achieve personal fitness goals in a group training format. Our instructors are all licensed and certified to work with you and make sure your form is perfect and that you're getting the most out of your workout.

We offer Constitution Cycle, and Personal Training. I have a torn meniscus and after spending some time with Claire doing personal training, she's helped me regain my strength in my knee without surgery! Was too intimidated to try a big cycling class, the boutique class is exactly what I needed!
Services
Shannon Vicente has been enjoying cycle classes for over 6 years. Three years ago she turned that joy of indoor cycling into a leadership role and became certified to teach classes herself. Her fitness lifestyle began 12 years ago when she made running a part of her daily life. She quickly gained a love for the sport and completed the NYC Marathon in 2013.

2 years in and my review stands. Yes, it is different because of the Covid restrictions, you have to wear a mask, get temp taken, bikes spaced way out etc, but the spin classes are not to be missed. Shannon rocks!

Love, love, love this class!!!! Shannon has great energy and awesome music. She pushes us to the max. Highly recommend!!
