I'm a sucker for newborn yawns, toddler snuggles and lost-tooth smiles. If I've learned anything since becoming a mom it is that time moves too fast and babies don't keep. It is my goal to give you images that instantly bring you back to that period of time with your child. I fell into the world of photography by chance.
It was a cross-country move that warranted a "big camera" and the request of a friend that threw me into the world of family photography. I kept my day-job (HR) and operated as Ashleigh Lauber Photography on the weekends. When I became pregnant with my son in 2013, documenting my pregnancy was very important to me.

Taking place just prior to sunset, these sessions are a perfect way to document your growing family in beautiful Oahu. All immediate family members are included in your session. Ask me about adding a sunset maternity session to your newborn session. The sunset maternity session includes the entire gallery of images (45+ images) with printing rights.
Thank you so much for helping me flesh out this new idea! I started creating memory videos for my family over a year ago. We love to go back and watch these videos to relive fun days. My kids just love to see themselves on the TV! I hope to curate your video clips into a memory video so that you, too, can have a way to relive your family's best days.

My family visited Oahu for the holidays and also got to meet my sister’s new baby. We asked Ashleigh to do a family photoshoot at Kualoa Regional Park. She was awesome and made the process super easy. We got some great family photos and would recommend her to anyone looking for photos taken.

I feel so lucky to have found Ashleigh from a simple Google search. I did not plan on doing newborn pictures until after I had my son and found myself scrambling last minute to book a session in order to capture such a tiny, precious phase. Ashleigh responded very quickly and was able to accommodate us. I found Ashleigh through an online search and I am so happy I did! Once I booked with Following Seas, the process was seamless! Ashleigh's open communication before and during the photo session made me relaxed and the photos turned out to be exactly what I wanted! My husband and I did a mini session on Folly Beach and will be doing our newborn photos with Ashleigh as well. All I can say is, thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Ashleigh is an amazing photographer! I first met her when I asked her to shoot my hospital photos after my c section. She was amazing; so welcoming and kind! She captured our new arrival so perfect and she has an eye for those little moments you'll want to look back on and see. She then photographed my daughter's newborn photos, and her six month photos as well! I love them all. She is so GREAT with kids and so patient! I highly recommend her, the west coast misses Ashleigh as a photographer so much!!

Ashleigh is an outstanding photographer. She did my daughters newborn photos, a Christmas mini-session for her and Christmas Family photos. Each session with her was so perfect and the photos always exceeded my expectations. All the sessions with her were fantastic but my daughter's newborn session was probably my favorite just because of how Ashleigh went above and beyond to make everything perfect and from there I was hooked with her work. She has a true talent. I highly recommend her.

Ashleigh is amazing. I first met her when my daughter was a fussy newborn and she was able to get a ton of great shots! She was so patient with her and had such a gentle touch that was able to soothe my daughter into sleep. Of course after that I went back to her for several more photo shoots: Family pictures, Christmas, Halloween, Birthdays! I absolutely love her work and recommend her to all of my friends. She is kind, patient, and professional. Ashleigh's communication before, during and after the photo shoot can't be beat. She sent over a sneak peak the next day and I had all of my pictures
