I retained Bishop Toups to advise and help me through the process of obtaining and helping my Mom get qualified for Medicaid. He did a fabulous job! He took care of processing the application and working with the different agencies to get all that Mom needed. I would recommend him to anyone who is confused about the process. He was very responsive when I had questions or concerns. With his help it really shortened the amount of time it took to get her approved. My husband are I are new to Florida. We needed a estate attorney to quickly prepare our initial estate plan as we were in the middle of many life complications arising.
