Our knees are made to absorb shock caused by various day-to-day movements that majority of us participate in. So I rarely do this but I have to update my review. I do not recommend using Luke. His irresponsibility of how he handled him "possibly" having covid, is appalling. After working with him for years, I am saddened that he put his needs before his clients. To leave work with covid symptoms and then to return on Monday and to treat clients w/o making us aware, is beyond wrong, to say the least. He claimed one minute he had it along with the covid rash and then next minute said he might not have and was okay. No matter what he should have tested before he came back to opening his shop. I struggled for 16 years with chronic back pain, sciatica and all the mental side effects that is causes. I was referred to Luke as I was in consultation for surgery. I am so thrilled with the results of my time spent with Luke and did not need to go through with surgery. I have hope that I’m on the right track both physically and mentally. Luke is incredible I have dealt with lower back pain for years and at times unable to walk. I would go to chiropractors that would take weeks going every day to get the pain to subside. I had gotten in the same situation where I was unable to walk, in one session with Luke I was walking with little pain. I continued with exercises he gave to do and I was pain free in 2 days.

Luke at Mobility RX was tremendously helpful for my lower back pain! As a recreational athlete who enjoys jiu-jitsu, snowboarding and weightlifting I've definitely had my share of lower back pain. His knowledge and specialized exercises and programs always got me feeling better quicker than other options I tried. Also, if you train with him for longer you'll see good long term results too!

I came to Luke with a pinched nerve in my lower back from a herniated disk. Every movement I made hurt and I had to stop golfing. Luke clearly explained what was happening to me and told me he would have me moving pain free in 5-10 weeks (which felt impossible to me at the time). After 7 weeks with Luke for 1 hour a week, I have been pain free and back to swinging a golf club like I haven't been able to in years. I was strongly considering surgery before seeing Luke, and I'm so glad I didn't!

Luke has been my trainer for over two years. I play tennis and he has helped me get back on the courts after a torn rotator cuff and a bad case of sciatica. No surgery for me. Now I see him to strengthen and maintain all my progress. Luke has an impressive resume. I have referred many friends with all different type of problems and ALL of them sing his praise and wonder why they didn't go to see him earlier. After my workout, I walk out felling like I just spent time with a friend, feeling great and inspired. It is a small price to pay for a such a great investment.........

My foot hurt so bad when I went to see Luke at Mobility RX I could not walk without a great deal of pain. Within a few months I was playing tennis again pain free. Luke not only worked out the problems in the foot but he put me through exercises at his gym and also gave me ones at home to do. It's been over a year and I am still on the tennis court. Recently developed tennis elbow and Luke has that almost cleared up in just a few sessions.

I have been working with Luke for over three years with great results. I have been very active my whole life. At 64 I have found that it is not enough go to the gym and throw weights around. I've been working out with Luke for the last three years and love it. When I first started I was barely able to finish a basic 30 minute workout, now I look forward to the hour every week. I found Luke after ankle surgery in 2011. I had limited range of motion, poor balance and general overall poor muscular strength. I highly recommend MobilityRX. About a year ago, I was having some chronic, low back pain. I tried seeing a doctor. I tried seeing a chiropractor. I tried muscle relaxers and topical treatments.
